As an online retailer, Logan & Mason does not have a showroom or store.

Payment and Purchasing

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

The Logan & Mason online store accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. We also accept PayPal payments.

Q. Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

Q. If I purchase a Logan & Mason product, will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?

The Order Confirmation email that you receive when you make an order is a valid New Zealand Tax Invoice. If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Simply email our sales team on sales@loganandmason.co.nz with your request.

Q. Is it safe to make credit card payments online?

The Logan & Mason website uses SSL Encryption and all payments made on the Logan & Mason website are processed by the eWay Payment Gateway which is highly reliable and secure. We also offer PayPal as a payment method which is highly secure.

Q. Is local pickup an option?

Due to occupational health & safety (OHS) regulations at our warehouse we are unable to facilitate pickups of our products. All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network.


Delivery

Q. Can my item be delivered to a PO Box?

Unfortunately not as our courier suppliers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Q. Can I track my order?

By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.

Q. How long will delivery take after dispatch?

Typical delivery times expected are 3 - 6 business days. If you live in a rural area please allow up to 8 business days:

We offer New Zealand wide delivery and all items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. We also offer free delivery for orders over $150 and a $5 flat rate all other orders – NZ wide.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
